If you respond, we will treat the information in strictest confidence and we guarantee that we will not pass it on to anyone else. If you would like us to remove your information at any time, let us know and we will do so within 24 hours.

We will not ask for your home address or telephone number unless you have won a prize in a competition or in an exceptional circumstance. Again, we will tell you why and you should ask permission before you tell us. We will only use your address for that occasion and will then destroy it. We will not pass on your address or telephone number to anyone.
