SITE RULES

To ensure that everyone gets the best out of this site, please follow these Site Rules. These rules take the form of an agreement between you as the user of the site and us as the Site Manager. Your acceptance of these rules starts from your first use of this site. If you do not agree to the rules you should stop using the site now.

Messages, e-mails and submitted articles

The language of the site is Gaelic. You may, however, e-mail the Editor in English if you cannot do so in Gaelic.

Material should only be submitted by people aged between 12 and 24 years old, unless otherwise invited by, or with prior permission from, the Editor. Competitions are strictly for 12 to 19 year olds, unless otherwise stated.

Material submitted that, through its content or language, is considered by the Editor as offensive, will not be tolerated and will be severely dealt with. We will not accept text, audio, photographs, graphics or videos that is sexist, racist, abusive, rude or illegal. The Editor's decision on whether material is offensive, is final.

No advertising or listing of other people's addresses is permitted.

You must only submit material that is yours or that you have permission to send out digitally. If you are not sure if you have this right, contact legal@sgleog.com before making your submission. If you submit material you are handing over your rights over this material to Cànan to use the material in the future in any form. If you want to discuss this further contact legal@sgleog.com in advance of your submitting the material.

If you know of a good website it should only be entered to Favourite Sites and not posted on the message boards.

You must use your own name and not impersonate anyone else when submitting articles.
